Katie Hayes

Katie Hayes has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing and quality management sectors. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Standards Lead at National Gypsum Company since December 2014, Katie has held various roles including Manager of Quality, Process Training & Development, Production Manager, Manufacturing Management Trainee, HR Safety Manager, and Quality Manager. Prior to National Gypsum Company, Katie spent over six years at Spirit AeroSystems, where positions included Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Technology from Wichita State University and a Master of Science in Operations Management from Friends University.
