Kimberly Vandiver Ouimet

Kimberly Vandiver Ouimet has had a diverse work experience. Kimberly started their career as an Assistant to the President at Traveler's Plan Administrator from 1991 to 1996. Kimberly then joined National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE: NHI) in 2001 as a Compliance Associate, and worked in that role until 2014. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Compliance at National Health Investors, Inc. and then became the VP of HR/Benefits and Compliance at the same company in 2020.

Kimberly Vandiver Ouimet attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2005 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Anthropology. Kimberly later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution, although the start and end years for this program are not provided. In addition to their academic achievements, Kimberly obtained a certification as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in August 2017.
