Joseph Teitelman is a General Engineer at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) since May 2023, following a tenure as a Senior Accident Reconstructionist at ARCCA from June 2018 to May 2023. In this role, Joseph utilized forensic evidence, electronic vehicle data, and scientific methodologies to investigate motor vehicle collisions, effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences and providing expert witness testimony. Prior experience includes a summer internship at ARCCA as an Accident Reconstruction Intern, where Joseph supported expert casework and contributed to technical research published in the SAE International Journal of Transportation Safety. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University College of Engineering, along with a certificate in Entrepreneurial and Innovation Management.
