Sarah Koustrup

Sarah Koustrup has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on recruitment and strategy. Sarah began their career at Citi in 2003 as a Recruiter, where they successfully brought in over 700 new hires each year. In 2007, they joined Midco, initially as a Recruiter and then as a Staffing/HR Manager. After a successful tenure at Midco, Sarah moved on to Arvato/Microsoft in 2011, working as a Human Resources Manager, where they supported a large employee population and played a key role in HR operations and strategy. Sarah then joined National Hospitality Services in 2012, starting as the Human Resources Director and steadily advancing to Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and finally, President. Sarah'sleadership and expertise in HR have been instrumental in the success and growth of the company.

Sarah Koustrup earned a Masters Certification in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University in 2016. Before that, they attended Colorado Technical University, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration.
