Dawn Byrne

As vice president and chief financial and administrative officer for the National Immigration Forum, Dawn H. Byrne oversees the Forum’s financial, human resources and IT undertakings. Before joining the Forum in January 2014, Dawn served in senior management positions in such nonprofit organizations as ActionAid USA, Brookings Institution and the Group of Thirty.

A native of Kingston, Jamaica, Dawn is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and received her MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
