Erika Poteat

Erika Poteat is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. As the Founder and Accountant of EZ Financial Advisory Services, LLC since January 2021, Erika specializes in tax preparation and accounting services. Current roles also include being an Auditor for the National Indian Gaming Commission since October 2018. Previously, Erika served as an Internal Auditor at MGM National Harbor and as an Auditor for the Naval Audit Service. Additional experience includes working as an Accountant for Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and as a Senior Accounting Technician at the Association of Public Health Laboratories. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
