Paul Renfrow

Paul Renfrow has extensive work experience in the IT field. Paul started their career in 1995 as a SAP professional at PACCAR. Paul later became an IT Systems Supervisor and then an IT and Operations Systems Manager at the same company. Paul'sresponsibilities included managing SAP operations support, system improvement design, development and testing, as well as overall IT operations, infrastructure, security, staff, vendors, IT governance, and budgeting. Paul also implemented technology improvements to simplify manufacturing processes. In 2013, they joined NIC Global as the Chief Information Officer, where they designed and executed transformative business information, technology infrastructure, and IT governance strategies. Paul also implemented a Microsoft-based core business intelligence application that enhanced visibility of key metrics and empowered managers to make informed decisions.

Paul Renfrow attended the University of Louisville from 1990 to 1995 but did not obtain a degree or declare a field of study during this time. Later, from 1995 to 1998, they attended McKendree University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems.
