Troy Wood

Troy Wood joined NIC in 2007 as Plant Manager of the TN facility and now leads three East Coast/Midwest facilities as Vice President. He has a diverse background in manufacturing and operational leadership, including automotive assembly, metal fabrication, and computer assembly and distribution, with tenures at PACCAR and Dell. Additionally, Troy has extensive first-hand success in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. He earned his BA from the University of Memphis and MBA from Belmont University. Troy also proudly served as an officer in the US Navy.
