Kerry Klump

Kerry Klump is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member support and organizational growth. Currently serving as a Senior Support Consultant at NISC since August 2017, Kerry empowers members through Resource Programs and DER integration within the NISC enterprise. Prior to this role, Kerry was a Support Analyst in the Member Success Division, focusing on Customer Care and Billing. From January 2001 to March 2017, Kerry excelled as the Executive Director of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce-MO, significantly expanding membership from 200 to 445 and acting as a liaison for economic development and tourism efforts in Troy. Earlier experience includes a position as a Public Relations Specialist at the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce/CVB. Kerry holds a degree from the College of the Ozarks and a certificate in Computer Software and Media Applications from Pike-Lincoln Technical Center.
