Seth Baker

Seth Baker is an experienced Implementation Project Manager at NISC since February 2021, specializing in Telecom FA and TM. Prior to this role, Seth spent over a decade at BTC Broadband, advancing through various positions including Director of Network Operations, Network Operations Manager, Service Desk Manager, and Network Admin III. In these capacities, Seth successfully identified operational goals, developed strategic plans, delegated tasks, and ensured high service levels. Seth's earlier experience includes serving as a Computer Communications Specialist with the Kansas Air National Guard, a Network Engineer at Electronic Data Systems, a Network Administrator at Oral Roberts University, and a Computer Communications Technician in the United States Air Force. Seth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.
