Paul Ryan

Paul Ryan is an accomplished professional in the field of civil engineering with extensive experience in commercial management. Currently serving as the Commercial Director and Co-Owner of National Infrastructure Consultancy (NIC) Ltd since December 2022, Paul previously held the role of Commercial Director at Watertight Management from November 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at WERM Ltd for nearly 23 years, a Project Construction Engineer for Thames Water, and an Engineer for The London Borough of Havering. Paul began their career as a Trading Clerk at Billiton Enthoven Metals. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from City, University of London, attained between 1991 and 1994.
