Shayla Johnson

Shayla Johnson is a professional with extensive experience in program administration, data systems management, and subject matter expertise. Currently serving as the Technology and Data Systems Manager at the National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ) since August 2023, Shayla previously held the role of Program Administrator at BrightSpark Early Learning Services from March 2016 to August 2023. Prior to that, Shayla worked at World Vision from March 2010 to October 2015, contributing as both a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Specialist. Shayla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Hope International University.
