Nicola Melody

Nicola is Assistant Director for Personal Awards at the NIHR Academy.

Nicola has oversight of personal awards within the NIHR Academy, from pre-doctoral through to professorship. She works with her team to deliver the NIHR Fellowships Programme and the NIHR Research Professorship scheme.

Nicola has a background in higher education and research management, and is passionate about engagement.
