Sidra Zafar currently serves as a Clinical Research Associate at the National Institute of Blood Disease & Bone Marrow Transplantation (NIBD) since April 2018. Prior to this role, Sidra worked as a Research Associate at ICCBS-PCMD / TWC from June 2016 to May 2018, focusing on cell and tissue culture. Sidra also gained experience during a summer internship in Molecular and Cellular Immunology at the International Center for Chemical & Biological Sciences in June 2015 and completed an internship at Al-Khidmat Hospital in late 2014. Academically, Sidra holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Jinnah University for Women (2012-2015) and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Microbiology at the same institution since 2020, alongside earlier education in Pre-Medical studies and Matriculation in science.
