Hailey Low

Hailey Low is currently an Associate Economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR). Prior to this role, Hailey worked as an Investments & Risk Analyst in the Office of Investments at Singapore Management University. With a background in economics, Hailey has experience as a Research Assistant at the same university and has also held positions at RBC, DZ BANK AG, and OCBC Bank in various analytical roles. Hailey holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics for Economics & Finance from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Singapore Management University, and has also pursued additional education in management, entrepreneurship, and psychology.
