Jean Luc Kabera

Jean Luc KABERA is an experienced data scientist currently working at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda since September 2018, specializing in data portals management. Previously, KABERA held roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst at VONSUNG Rwanda and a Business Analyst at Universe Investment Ltd, with responsibilities including data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and reporting. KABERA also served as a Claims Analyst at SONARWA GENERAL INSURANCE and contributed as a Student Volunteer in data analysis and resource mobilization with the Applied Statistics Students Association. KABERA's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Rwanda and ongoing Master's studies in Data Science at the University of East London.
