Patty Michaud

Patty Michaud is a seasoned content strategist and writer with a diverse background in user experience (UX) and technical communication. Currently serving as a Content Strategist at the National Insurance Producer Registry since September 2023, Patty has previously held roles at Premier Tech, Inc., and Code42, where significant contributions included content audits, UX writing, and the establishment of writing standards. With extensive experience in information architecture and managing support site content across various organizations, Patty has been recognized as the 2018 Code42 Tech Writer of the Year and has demonstrated expertise in usability testing and user research.
