Susan Schroeder

Susan Schroeder has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting as a Billing Representative at United Wisconsin Group from December 1984 to December 2004, where responsibilities included processing enrollments and reconciling accounts. Since December 2004, Susan has worked at National Insurance Services, first as a Senior Billing Representative overseeing new group setups and guiding other billing representatives in proper workflows. In March 2018, Susan transitioned to the role of Senior Billing Representative for EDI File Feeds, contributing their expertise until retirement. Susan graduated with a diploma in math and science from Oak Creek Senior High in 1981.
