Bernard Johnson

Bernard Johnson, SRWA, serves as the Principal Managing Broker at National Land Realty since October 2018, overseeing real estate activities across California and contributing to commercial transactions in the solar industry. As President and CEO of The Bernard Johnson Group, Inc. since January 2005, Bernard has developed and executed innovative business models and managed diverse teams on land acquisition and right of way activities. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member for the Caltrans Statewide Small Business Council, Senior Right of Way Agent at San Diego Gas & Electric, and Redevelopment Manager at Southeast Economic Development Corp., showcasing extensive expertise in real estate negotiations and community development. Bernard holds an MBA from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Development and Planning from Michigan State University.
