Chudar Schlehuber

Chudar Schlehuber is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at National Life Group since November 2022, Chudar leads Talent Coordination, Sourcing, University Relations, and IT Recruiting while managing a team of four. Previously, Chudar was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant focused on recruiting for the CIO's organization and held the position of Senior Talent Partner at Juniper Square. Chudar's experience also includes founding CYS Services, where the emphasis was on delivering diverse senior HR candidates and being a key partner in talent acquisition. Early career highlights include roles as an Executive Recruiter at G&A Search and as an Account Executive at The Jacob Group, combined with a solid foundation as a Human Resources Consultant at Capital One and as a Generalist at AlliedSignal/Honeywell. Chudar holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and a BSBA in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
