Shannon Melton has over 19 years of diverse experience in various roles at National Life Group, including Business Analyst, Operations Advisor, Team Manager, Operational Analyst, Technical Specialist, and Premium Billing & Disbursements Representative across three levels, as well as a Records Specialist. Additionally, Shannon worked briefly as Front Desk Staff at First & Fitness in 2011.
