Catherine Ramsey

Catherine Ramsey, CDP, is an accomplished teaching artist and coordinator with extensive experience in the arts and community engagement. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at Dance Exchange and ConnectedLiving Coordinator at National Lutheran Communities & Services, Catherine's career includes roles as a Dance Educator at Performing Arts Repertory Company and an academic peer advisor at the University of Rochester. Participation in the Dance On Organizing with Artists for Change Cohort highlights Catherine's commitment to creative aging and collaboration. Previous positions such as dance instructor at D'Amour School of Dance, curation and programming intern at Dance Place, and operations coordinator at Lifting Lives Nonprofit showcase a diverse skill set in dance education, program development, and community outreach. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in African & African-American Studies, Dance, and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
