Michael Zwada

Michael Zwada has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the recruitment industry. MICHAEL started their career at the United States Marine Corps, where they served as an Artillery Cannoneer, gaining skills in various areas including logistics, risk management, and administrative duties.

After leaving the Marines, Michael joined Kelly Government Solutions as a Team Lead, overseeing the placement of individuals with government contractors. MICHAEL then became a Recruiting Manager at Kelly, where they were responsible for executing the strategic recruiting plan for high-margin local accounts.

Michael later transitioned to the National Marine Corps Business Network, where they worked as a Recruiting Director. In this role, they provided expert consultation and guidance to create recruitment strategies for the organization.

Returning to Kelly, Michael took on the position of Recruiting/Implementation Manager, where they implemented recruiting programs for large Direct placement projects and a DoD contractor.

Their most recent role at Kelly was as a Recruiting Director, leading the direction and execution of local or mega vertical recruitment in California and Hawaii. MICHAEL collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes and drive profitability.

Michael Zwada earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Ferris State University in 2009. In 2010, they attended the Macomb Police Academy where they obtained a Police Certification in Law Enforcement. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of California, Davis, expected to be completed in 2022.
