Karen Mariner is a seasoned advocate in the multiple sclerosis community, currently serving as Executive Vice President of MS Navigator Experience at the National MS Society since December 2020. Previously, Karen held various roles at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society from May 2001 to December 2020, including Vice-President of Advocacy, where responsibilities included collaborating with volunteer activists to advance public policy priorities. Additionally, Karen served as Vice-President of Advocacy for Pennsylvania and New Jersey, overseeing statewide policy activities and grassroots volunteer engagement. Prior to this, Karen was involved in women's health care at the Clara Bell Duvall Education Fund. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College and a BA in Women's Studies from Temple University.
