Lara Emond is an accomplished entrepreneur and board member with extensive experience in founding and leading various organizations. As the Founder of Iris + Arlo since February 2022, Lara Emond has developed a brand focused on social and environmental impact, offering sustainable products for menstruators. Additionally, as the Founder of Nordet & Co., a strategy, design, and marketing agency, Lara Emond has assisted over 40 organizations in achieving their goals. Lara Emond holds board positions with several notable organizations, including the Office franco-québécois pour la jeunesse, the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, and the Institut québécois de planification financière. Lara Emond has a solid educational background with degrees in Business Administration and Corporate Governance, complemented by various relevant courses and international experiences.
