Ray Williams

Ray Williams is an experienced professional with a background spanning various leadership roles in facilities and operations management. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at National Museums NI since September 2009, Ray has also held positions as General Manager of the Ulster Museum and Deputy Head of Operations. Prior experience includes the role of Corporate Facilities Manager at Norfolkline Irish Sea Ferries, where Ray was responsible for multi-location facilities management and improving safety culture. Ray's military background includes serving as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force, following an apprenticeship as a Detail Draughtsman at NK Fencing Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeromechanical Systems Engineering from the Royal Military College of Shrivenham and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Hull.
