Ryan Smith is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, customer service, and leadership. Currently serving as a Store Development Manager at National Nail since April 2022, Ryan focuses on expanding stakeholder relationships and enhancing sales performance across more than 90 locations. Prior experience includes a role as Pro Sales Specialist at Floor & Decor, where Ryan cultivated business relationships with various commercial clients, and significant tenure at The Home Depot, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Lead. Ryan also has experience in camp leadership as Director of Scoutcraft at Camp Nobebosco Scouting BSA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an Associate of Arts from Bergen Community College.
