Janice Chia

Janice Chia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical support operations and strategic management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at the National Neuroscience Institute since December 2021, Janice leads a team of 40 staff and oversees outpatient clinic management while collaborating with various departments to implement new services. Prior to this role, Janice worked at SingHealth from July 2018 to November 2021 as Healthcare Management Executive, where responsibilities included developing strategic planning tools, preparing performance dashboards, and coordinating annual reports for the Board of Directors. Janice began their career with diverse internships, including roles at Sengkang Health, QBE Insurance, and the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons.) in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore, which was completed in 2018.
