Becky Hickman

Becky Hickman is an experienced payroll and benefits professional with a strong background in managing payroll operations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Pay and Benefits Partner at the National Oceanography Centre since December 2020, Becky previously held the position of Payroll Advisor at CeramTec UK Ltd, where the management of UK payroll for three sites and 300 employees was undertaken. Notable achievements include successfully project managing the transition of IFS payroll to SAGE 50. Prior roles include Payroll and Benefits Supervisor at Emerson, where integration of payroll systems was executed, and Payroll Manager at Emerson Network Power, overseeing a large payroll operation.
