Rachel P.

Rachel P. has over 25 years of work experience in the legal field. Rachel started as an Associate at Hill Dickinson LLP in 1998 and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Legal Director at DLA Piper UK LLP. Following that, Rachel was a Consultant at Bermans for 6 months before joining Liverpool John Moores University as a Solicitor in the Legal & Governance department in 2015. Rachel later became the Head of Legal and Deputy General Counsel in 2021 and held that position until May 2022. Rachel then worked as an In house legal counsel at LJMU from March 2022 to December 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Legal & Governance at the National Oceanography Centre, starting in January 2023.
