Laura Farrell

Laura Farrell currently serves as the Head of Field Team at Natural Habitat Adventures, overseeing approximately 300 Expedition Leaders and Field Staff. With extensive experience in outdoor leadership and program management, Laura has held significant roles including Wilderness Medicine Instructor at the Wilderness Medicine Institute of NOLS and Program Manager at the CDC Foundation, where the focus included contact tracing in North Carolina. Previously, Laura was Program Director at National Geographic Expeditions, managing a diverse range of adventure programs globally. Experience in the adventure travel industry includes positions at The Walt Disney Company and Nantahala Outdoor Center, demonstrating a strong background in logistics, team management, and customer service. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
