Donna Faison

Donna Faison is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Chief of Learning and Development for the National Park Service since January 2022. In this role, Donna leads the Employee and Organizational Development Branch within the Northeast Region's Human Resources Division, focusing on the formulation and evaluation of educational programs. Prior to this position, Donna spent over three decades at the United States Postal Service, where from December 1988 to January 2022, Donna managed the planning and execution of training and diversity initiatives for the Philadelphia Metropolitan District, impacting nearly 10,000 employees. Donna holds educational qualifications from Pennsylvania State University and Philadelphia High School for Girls.
