Rachel Holmes has a diverse work experience, with roles in event management and fundraising. Rachel worked as Director and Associate Director of Special Events at the National Parks Conservation Association from 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Special Events Manager at the National 4-H Council from 2014 to 2015, where they successfully raised $1.2 million through various events. Rachel also worked at Share Our Strength from 2010 to 2014, where they held roles such as Associate of Culinary Events and Development, Culinary Events Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator. In their earlier career, Rachel worked at the United Way of North Central Florida in various roles, including Campaign Associate/Agency Relations and Community Investment Intern. Rachel also had a role as a 2-1-1 Associate at the United Way of America.
Rachel Holmes obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Florida between 2005 and 2009. Following this, Holmes pursued further education at The George Washington University and earned a Masters degree in Public Administration, completing the program between 2010 and 2012.
