Jeremy Schwartz

Jeremy Schwartz, CPA has over 14 years of work experience in the finance and accounting field. Jeremy is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at National Philanthropic Trust since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Baker Tilly US, LLP and Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as a Senior Manager from July 2008 to August 2022. In their role, they were responsible for various aspects of audits for clients in healthcare, non-profit, and real estate industries. Jeremy demonstrated strong analytical and interpersonal skills while working with audit engagement teams and clients. Jeremy also provided training, supervision, and evaluation for up to 4 senior and staff accountants. Additionally, Jeremy conducted research and evaluated complex accounting issues, facilitated technical training programs, and reviewed processes and controls to provide recommendations for improvement.

Jeremy Schwartz, CPA obtained their BBA degree in Accounting from Temple University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Jeremy continued to enhance their professional qualifications by obtaining the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Accountancy in December 2010. Later, in February 2017, they also obtained the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
