Dr. Megha Singh

Dr. Megha Singh currently serves as a Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory since November 2020, following a role as a Junior Research Fellow at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) from June 2009 to June 2011, where responsibilities included the conceptualization and design of electronic circuits, as well as their fabrication, testing, and integrated system evaluation. Dr. Singh holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nanostructured Thin Films from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed between January 2013 and January 2020, a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Nanotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia, attained from 2010 to 2012, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronic and Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, completed in 2008.
