Laura Wyckoff

Laura Wyckoff currently serves as the Senior Director for Knowledge, Learning, and Translation at the National Policing Institute, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Laura worked as Chief of Staff at the Police Executive Research Forum from July 2022 to February 2023 and as a Senior Performance Management Analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance from November 2014 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Faculty Researcher at the University of Maryland and as a Research Fellow at the Police Foundation from 2013 to 2014. Laura holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
