José de Jesús

José de Jesús has a diverse and extensive work experience. José started their career as a Reporter at the Green Bay Press-Gazette in 2001 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined The Des Moines Register as a Staff Writer and stayed there until 2006. José then moved onto the American Institute of Business in 2006, where they initially served as the Director of Public Relations for a year before being promoted to the Chief Communications Officer until 2011. Starting in 2011, José joined Aviva USA as a Consultant in Marketing & Communications until 2013. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Multicultural Marketing at the National Pork Board.

José de Jesús pursued their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2001 at Clarke University. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Advertising, Public Relations, and Journalism.

After a gap of several years, José resumed their education in 2008. José enrolled at Bellevue University and completed a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) in 2009.
