Bill McCloskey has extensive experience in journalism and media relations, currently serving as a part-time Copy Editor at Warren Communications News since July 2008. A retired Director of Media Relations from BellSouth, with a tenure from January 1987 to April 2007, Bill also held the position of Assistant Managing Editor for APRadio at the Associated Press from 1975 to 1986. Earlier career highlights include working in news at Metromedia from 1961 to 1975. Bill is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as a board member for the SDX Foundation - DC Chapter and a member of the National Press Club, while also participating in the broadcast/podcast team. Bill's dedication to the field was further exemplified through leadership roles with the Society of Professional Journalists National Board and as a Dinner Committee member for RTNDA. Bill holds a B.A. in Social Studies from Villanova University, earned in 1966.
