Jordan Tovin

Jordan Tovin is an accomplished photojournalist and staff photographer with extensive experience in various photography roles. Currently serving as a Staff Photographer at The George Washington University since October 2022, Jordan takes on daily assignments that encompass sports, features, news, and campus life. In addition, Jordan works for CBS News as a Photojournalist and holds multiple positions including Director of Professional Outreach for the National Press Photographers Association, Contract Photojournalist for The Washington Post, and Photo Editor for The GW Hatchet. With previous experience as a photojournalist for local publications such as the Alexandria Times and The Georgetowner, and as a contract photojournalist for SOPA Images and Shutterstock, Jordan showcases a strong focus on documenting community events and cultural happenings. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photojournalism at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University, Jordan combines academic rigor with practical experience in the field.
