Jeff Tennyson

Jeff Tennyson serves as the Chairman of the National Private Lenders Association since December 2022, following an extensive career in the financial and real estate sectors. Prior roles include President and Chief Executive Officer of Lima One Capital, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed overall business strategy and day-to-day operations until retirement in July 2024. Jeff led Clayton Holdings LLC as President, overseeing global business units within the mortgage services sector. Additionally, Jeff was the Founding Chief Executive Officer of B2R Finance and played key roles at Sunflower Bank, Barclays, Anchor Glass Container Corp, and Stephens Inc. Jeff began a professional career as an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. Jeff holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Accounting from Harding University.
