Stephan A. Leccese

Stephan A. Leccese is a seasoned professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Operations at Lima One Capital since January 2024. As a Founding Member and Chairman of the Ethics Committee for the National Private Lenders Association, Stephan plays a key role in guiding and educating on private lending's impact on U.S. real estate markets.
