Professor Joy Maxwell

Professor Joy Maxwell's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at NATIONAL Public Relations since June 2017. In 2018, they also worked as a Childcare Consultant at The City of Philadelphia. Prior to that, they served as a Program Director and Curriculum Developer at Open Arms Early Learning and Development Center starting in June 2014.

Professor Joy Maxwell completed their Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Eastern University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
