Jane Milne

Jane Milne has a diverse background in customer service and library services, with experience in various managerial roles across different organizations. Jane currently serves as the Head of Customer Service Operations at the National Records of Scotland. Prior to this, Jane held roles such as Board member & Director at MIDLOTHIAN SCIENCE FESTIVAL, Head of Customer and Housing Services (acting) at Midlothian Council, and Partnership and Information Manager at The City of Edinburgh Council. Jane's educational background includes a Master's Degree in English Language, a PgDip in Information and Library Studies, a PgCertificate in Public Sector Leadership, and a PgDIP in Public Sector Leadership.
