Shantel Tracey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and claims processing. Currently serving as an Account Manager at National Recovery Agency since June 2019, Shantel effectively handles a high volume of outbound calls, applies critical thinking to resolve client accounts, and consistently exceeds performance targets. Previously, as a Claims Specialist at Nationwide, responsibilities included investigating and settling property losses while promoting excellent customer service.
