Jessica Viera

Jessica Viera is an experienced operations and outreach coordinator currently employed at the National Retail Federation since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a crew member at Trader Joe's from October 2018 to August 2022, where extensive product knowledge and customer service skills were developed. Jessica also served as a teacher assistant at Frog Pond Early Learning Center from 2016 to 2019, creating weekly lesson plans and meeting the basic needs of students. Additionally, a position as a canvasser at WETA provided insights into fundraising tactics and enhanced communication skills. Jessica Viera holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from George Mason University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
