Vishal Gupta

Vishal Gupta currently serves as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), leading the development of strategic initiatives for digital services and new product offerings since November 2018. Previously, Vishal held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), including Consulting Partner for Capital Markets and Solution Head for Market Infrastructure. Significant experience also includes consulting at the European Central Bank for Target2 Securities and earlier positions at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Vishal’s educational background features a Digital Business Essentials program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completion of the CFA Level 1 exam, and a degree from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. Currently, Vishal is a CFA Level 2 Candidate.
