David Gragg

David Gragg has extensive work experience in various nuclear facility operations and management roles. David has worked as a Principal Nuclear Facility Controller/Technical Support/Local Emergency Director/Incident Command at NSTec since 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal Nuclear Facility Operations Controller and Principal Nuclear Work Window Coordinator at Mission Support and Test Services, LLC in 2014.

From 1995 to 2014, Gragg worked at Pantex Plant in multiple roles, including Planner/Scheduler Coordinator III, Nuclear Weapons Operations Manager, and Nuclear Weapons Production Technician. David also had a role at Manufacturing Specialists, Special Tooling Disposal, where they held a DOE "Q" security clearance.

Before their work in the nuclear industry, Gragg served in the U.S. Air Force from 1988 to 1995. David was an Air Traffic Controller Supervisor and an Integrated Weapons Maintenance Team Supervisor during their time in the Air Force.

Prior to that, they attended Wayland Baptist University and completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Munitions Systems Technology. Later, they returned to Wayland Baptist University to further their studies in Munitions Systems Technology, although the specific dates are not provided.
