Victor Mai

Victor Mai currently serves as the Consortium Hub Program Manager for the Microelectronics Commons at NSTXL, overseeing the on-shoring lab-to-fab infrastructure for U.S. microelectronics via Department of Defense initiatives. Previous leadership roles include VP of Manufacturing Operations and Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Goodwill Commercial Services, Director of Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain at GlobalMed Telemedicine, and various positions at Boeing, including Aircraft Product Support. Victor Mai began a military career as an AH-64D Apache Pilot and Battalion Intelligence Officer with the Arizona Army National Guard. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Arts (History) from Arizona State University and an MBA in Change Management and Leadership from City University of Seattle.
