Helen Smith

Helen Smith has a strong background in finance with experience in various roles. Helen started their career as a Finance Graduate Trainee at Rolls-Royce in February 2008 and worked in that role until September 2009. Helen then progressed to become a Finance Manager from 2009 to 2010, followed by a Business Controller from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Finance Director at Rolls-Royce. In 2017, Helen took on the role of Associate at Part Time CFO Services and also became the Chief Financial Officer at National Shunt Service.

Helen Smith attended the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Astrophysics.

From 2008 to 2010, Helen attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and earned a degree in Chartered Management Accountant.

In the years 2012 to 2017, Helen Smith pursued their education at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), where they earned a CPA, CMA degree in the field of study of CPA, CMA.

Additionally, in January 2021, Helen obtained a certification in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data from Emeritus.
