Anindita Roy

Anindita Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and project management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the National Skill Development Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Anindita held the position of Program Manager at VISION 2020 INDIA, focusing on policy advocacy to prevent avoidable blindness in collaboration with various stakeholders, including hospitals and civil society. Anindita's background includes significant roles in health outreach, academic coordination, and project analysis at organizations such as Smile Foundation and Jai Vakeel Foundation. Anindita also gained valuable experience through internships and student worker positions, addressing issues related to disability and community education. Anindita holds a Master of Social Work in Disability Studies and a Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kamala Nehru College.
